Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the contract between you and NikoBuy for use of nikobuy.net and for every order placed on the site. NikoBuy is the trading name of the independent operator of this store. By creating an account, placing an order, or paying, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy notice, Refund policy, and Guarantee.

Independent service

NikoBuy is an independent store for digital game services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Microsoft, Xbox, Playground Games, Turn 10 Studios, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Steam, or their affiliates. Game and platform names are used only to identify compatibility.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to buy digital services. You must provide accurate account and order information. One person may not create accounts to evade a suspension. You are responsible for activity on your NikoBuy account. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully.

Products

The live catalog is shown on the site. It currently includes digital game services for Forza Horizon 6 (Credits, Wheelspins, Skill Points, car packs, and bundles) and GTA Online (Cash packages, Rank leveling, bunker research unlock, and bundles). Package contents, quantities, and prices are those displayed at checkout when you pay. We may change the catalog at any time for future orders.

Billing standards and billing cycle

NikoBuy is not a subscription. There is no recurring billing cycle, monthly invoice, or automatic renewal.

Prices are set in US dollars (USD). The site may also show an approximate euro (EUR) amount. The amount charged is the checkout total you accept, in the payment currency used by the payment page.

Payment is due in full at checkout, in one charge, before fulfilment starts. We do not issue later invoices for the same order unless we agree a change with you in writing (for example a quantity change before delivery). If a change increases the price, you must pay the difference before we continue. If we cannot accept an order after you paid, we refund that order as described below.

Checkout is processed by a licensed payment provider (Waffo Pancake, with PayGate.to as a fallback) and the payment method you select on their page. Card and bank details are entered there, not on nikobuy.net. A paid order receives an order ID and status in your account.

Refund policy

After payment, refunds are not offered for change of mind, unused time, or because you no longer want the digital game service.

We will refund (in full or for the undelivered portion) when:

• we cannot deliver the confirmed order for reasons within our control; or
• a valid claim is accepted under the 30-day account guarantee, limited to the amount paid for that order; or
• mandatory law requires a refund.

Completed and confirmed digital delivery is otherwise non-refundable. Chargebacks opened without first contacting Support may lead to account suspension. Details and how to open a dispute are on the Refunds page. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate platform, region, and compatibility details; follow delivery instructions; keep your NikoBuy login secure; and not put game passwords, recovery codes, or card data in public website forms. Game login details needed for delivery are shared only through the private channel we open after payment.

You remain responsible for your game account and for complying with the game publisher’s and platform’s own rules. NikoBuy does not take ownership of your game account.

Delivery

Times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Availability, platform compatibility, account state, service interruptions, and how quickly you reply can change the schedule. If the product, price, or method must change in a material way, we will ask you to agree before continuing.

Account guarantee

Every paid order includes the 30-day account guarantee described on the Guarantee page. Maximum compensation is the amount paid for the affected order. Coverage requirements and exclusions on that page apply.

Disclaimers

The site and catalog are provided as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a game publisher or platform will keep a particular feature, economy, or account status unchanged.

Game publishers and platform operators control their services. NikoBuy does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, a specific in-game outcome beyond the confirmed package, or that a publisher will never restrict an account. We do not promise “zero risk,” official affiliation, or results outside the confirmed order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NikoBuy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost progress, lost account value beyond the order price, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

User breach and liability

You are in breach of these Terms if, for example, you:

• give false platform, region, or compatibility information;
• abuse Support, staff, or other customers;
• attempt fraud, payment reversal abuse, or multiple accounts to evade a block;
• submit game passwords or card data in public forms after we have instructed otherwise;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to harm NikoBuy or third parties.

If you breach these Terms, you are responsible for loss we reasonably suffer because of that breach, including payment-provider fees, chargeback costs, and extra fulfilment work caused by false order details, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension, termination, and enforcement

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your account, terminate it, cancel unpaid or undeliverable orders, and refuse future orders. We may do this without prior notice where we reasonably believe delay would increase fraud, abuse, or harm.

You may close your NikoBuy account by contacting Support. Closing the account does not cancel a paid order already in fulfilment and does not remove records we must keep for payment, accounting, or disputes.

We may stop offering the site or a product, with notice where practical. Paid orders already accepted remain subject to these Terms, the refund rules, and the guarantee.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or an order are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your country of residence if mandatory consumer law gives you that right and it cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. Changes apply to new orders placed after the update. For an order already paid, the Terms in force at payment continue to apply to that order, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to the new Terms.
